青年教师王石峰以并列一作在Science Advances发表论文

        2020年11月27日, 中心青年教师王石峰同Bridget L. Menasche和Eric M. Davis以并列第一作者在Science Advances (IF 13.117杂志上发表了题为“PBRM1 and the glycosylphosphatidylinositol biosynthetic pathway promote tumor killing mediated by MHC-unrestricted cytotoxic lymphocytes”的研究论文。该论文的通讯作者为美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校 Jingshi Shen教授。该研究对调控MHC-非限制性细胞毒性淋巴细胞杀伤肿瘤的关键因子进行了全基因组水平上的筛选,发现了参与调控MHC-非限制性杀伤肿瘤细胞的因子并探讨了它们调控肿瘤杀伤的作用机理。这些调节因子有可能作为癌症免疫治疗的新靶点。

        此外,在访学期间,王石峰老师以第一作者分别在Traffic(IF 4.045)Journal of Biological Chemistry (IF 4.238)发表论文。
