科学研究

李楠 副研究员 硕士生导师

李楠,北京中医药大学特聘副研究员、硕士生导师,壶天人才计划,致力于微流控生物传感器在中药智能制造中的应用、并基于此技术进行中药生产过程质量控制,解决中药质量控制的关键属性,为生产过程提供质控指标与关键技术。先后主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目,参加十四五科技部国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金委国家重大科研仪器研制专项,国家自然科学基金重点项目以及国家自然科学基金面上项目等。在Analytical Chemistry, Biosensors & Bioelectronics, Trac-Trends in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Communication等期刊上发表SCI论文20篇,申请国家发明专利5项,编辑出版《微流控细胞分析》(高等学校教材)1部、参与2部英文著作章节的编写。受邀作为Biosensors期刊的专刊编辑。

1)       中国博士后科学基金面上项目(二等),微流控芯片上构建iPSC衍生的血脑屏障模型用于中枢神经系统药物筛选(资助编号:2020M680502),直接费用:8万元,起止年月:2020年11月至2022年7月。主持。

2)       中华人民共和国科学技术部 国家重点研发计划,基于微流控芯片的功能性物质代谢产物计量表征技术研究 (项目批准号:2021YFF0600705),直接费用:560万元,起止年月:2021年12月至2025年5月。参与。

3)       国家自然科学基金委国家重大科研仪器研制专项,细胞微环境模拟与分析专用微流控芯片装置的研制 (项目批准号:21727814),直接费用:629.21万元,起止年月:2018年01月至2022年12月。参与。

4)       国家自然科学基金重点项目,用于探究单细胞局部刺激与自我修复行为的开放式微流控分析方法研究(项目批准号:22034005),直接费用:300.00万元,项目起止年月:2021年01月至2025年12月。参与。

5)       国家自然科学基金面上项目,项目名称:基于体内生物屏障细胞模型-微流控芯片的中药与转运体相互作用的分析新方法研究(项目批准号:81872829),直接费用:60万元,起止年月:2019年01月-2022年12月。参与。
